With the new website going live tomorrow meaning this site will be offline for a period of around 24hours we've hit a bit of a snag... Because the level of password encryption is so high on the site we cannot copy over your existing passwords. What will happen is this... you will receive an email from helpdesk@nerdcomputers.co.uk to the email address linked with your account. This will have a temporary password. When you then log into the new site for the first time you will be automatically prompted to change your password. If you don't have the original email address anymore (maybe it was a Uni or work email) then you will have to email helpdesk@nerdcomputers.co.uk using the subject REDMEN INVALID EMAIL , let them know your email address that you signed up with and the username and they'll then set up your new email address and send a temporary password to you as well. If you do not see an email then please check your spam and junk folders before trying to contact us. Sorry for the late notice on this. Hope everything goes well.
